Internet Summit

In 2015 Cloudflare came to us with this simple task: produce a summit about the internet. In October, we completed the 4th Cloudflare Internet Summit, an event that has grown along with the company itself. Each year the Obsidian team has transformed the Cloudflare HQ ground floor from cafeteria to 300 person event venue. With 14 fireside chat sessions throughout the day ranging in topics from the future of the internet to crypto-currency and security, the annual Internet Summit is one of the most anticipated events of the tech year.

Custom Design

Each year the Cloudflare marketing team has challenged Obsidian to outdo the previous event while still maintaining efficiency and focus on content. The show centers around intense conversations with leaders in the industry and asks attendees and viewers to actively participate. Through intimate stage design and carefully shot livestream, we bring the local and remote audiences an excellent show.

Broadcast

Only 300 people can watch the show in person at the SF venue, but thousands more across the globe log in and watch the livestream online. This year Obsidian was asked to stream simultaneously to YouTube and Periscope. Helping our client achieve both deep engagement on YouTube along with repeated engagement on Periscope exceeded all previous viewer numbers.
